Für unseren zahnmedizinischen Standort suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Medizinische Leitung (m/w/d).

In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die fachliche Verantwortung für einen etablierten Standort mit großem, gewachsenem Patientenstamm und einem langjährig eingespielten Team. Sie prägen die medizinische Qualität, entwickeln Mitarbeiter und Behandler weiter und wirken aktiv an der strategischen Entwicklung des Standorts mit.

Die Position richtet sich an Zahnärztinnen und Zahnärzte, die neben ihrer fachlichen Expertise Freude daran haben, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Menschen zu entwickeln und nachhaltige Strukturen zu schaffen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und medizinische Gesamtverantwortung für den Standort
  • Führung, Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des zahnärztlichen Teams
  • Sicherstellung höchster Qualitäts- und Behandlungsstandards
  • Förderung einer leistungsorientierten und wertschätzenden Teamkultur
  • Sparringspartner für Praxismanagement, Operations und Geschäftsführung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der medizinischen und wirtschaftlichen Weiterentwicklung des Standorts
  • Begleitung von Recruiting-, Onboarding- und Entwicklungsprozessen neuer Behandler
  • Sicherstellung einer exzellenten Patientenversorgung sowie einer hohen Patientenzufriedenheit

Dein Profil

Für diese Position suchen wir eine souveräne und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit, die medizinische Exzellenz mit Führungsverantwortung verbindet. Sie verstehen es, Menschen zu entwickeln, Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten und einen etablierten Standort sowohl fachlich als auch strategisch erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln.

  • Deutsche Approbation als Zahnärztin oder Zahnarzt
  • Mehrjährige klinische Erfahrung in der Zahnmedizin
  • Ausgeprägte fachliche Kompetenz und hohe Qualitätsorientierung
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit natürlicher Autorität und Vorbildfunktion
  • Unternehmerisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung eines Standorts
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und Mitarbeiterentwicklung
