Für unsere MEINDENTIST-Praxis suchen wir einen Praxismanager (m/w/d). Unsere Standorte haben mehrere Schwerpunkte: Kinderzahnheilkunde, ästhetische und prothetische Zahnheilkunde. Du führst das Team, steuerst den Praxisbetrieb und verantwortest Wirtschaftlichkeit, Qualität und Patientenerlebnis am Standort. Wir suchen jemanden, der entscheidet und einen etablierten Standort weiterentwickelt – nicht nur verwaltet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du leitest den Praxisbetrieb operativ und organisatorisch – Kapazitäts- und Einsatzplanung, reibungslose Abläufe, schnelle Lösung operativer Störungen.
  • Du führst Dein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch: klare Erwartungen, regelmäßiges Feedback, Personal- und Fehlzeitgespräche.
  • Du steuerst die Praxis anhand von Kennzahlen – Auslastung, Umsatz, Kosten – und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab.
  • Du sicherst das Serviceniveau, das eine auf Endodontie, Parodontologie und Ästhetik spezialisierte Praxis mit hohem Selbstzahler- und Beratungsanteil braucht – von der Terminsteuerung bis zur Begleitung längerer Behandlungs- und Beratungsstrecken.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der zahnärztlichen Leitung und den zentralen Bereichen (HR, Operations, Finance) zusammen und begleitest Recruiting und Onboarding am Standort.

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Praxis- oder Klinikbetrieb, davon idealerweise ein Jahr in Führung – gern als Praxismanager:in oder in einer Standortleitung.
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen oder im kaufmännischen Bereich; eine dentale Ausbildung oder Erfahrung aus einem filialisierten medizinischen Umfeld ist von Vorteil. · Du arbeitest mit Kennzahlen – Umsatz, Kosten und Auslastung sind für Dich Steuerungsgrößen, auf deren Basis Du Entscheidungen triffst.
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Praxisverwaltungssoftware, Personio und MS Office.
  • Du entscheidest auch unter Druck und eskalierst früh und mit klarer Empfehlung, statt Konflikte auszusitzen.
  • Deutsch auf Niveau C1/C2, Englisch mindestens B1.
