Dafür kombinieren wir operative Exzellenz mit Technologie, Automatisierung und skalierbaren Prozessen. Als Praktikant bzw. Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Founders Office arbeitest du direkt mit den Gründern an den zentralen Hebeln unseres Wachstums. Ein Start ist ab sofort möglich. Dein Einsatzort ist Berlin.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer skalierbaren Physiotherapie-Kette
  • Recherche & Analyse zu Markt, Standorten, Wettbewerbern
  • Einsatz von KI für Prozesse, Automatisierung & Content
  • Mitarbeit an BI-Themen (Datenquellen, Dashboards, KPIs)
  • Unterstützung bei der Integration von Tools & Datenbanken
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen & Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Unterstützung bei Sales- & Partnergesprächen
  • Mitarbeit an Operational Excellence (Prozesse verbessern, automatisieren, skalieren)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern im Tagesgeschäft

  • Strukturierte, analytische Denkweise
