Für unser Content-Team suchen wir dich als Werkstudent:in (20 Std./Woche). Du arbeitest strukturiert, hast ein Auge fürs Detail und findest Freude daran, hochwertige Bildungsinhalte für Lehrkräfte zugänglich zu machen.Besonders gut passt die Stelle, wenn du Lehramt studierst: Dann kennst du die Perspektive unserer Nutzer:innen aus erster Hand.

Deine Aufgaben

Schwerpunkt: Content-Aufbereitung & Pflege

  • Du pflegst Bildungsmaterialien renommierter Partnerverlage in unsere Datenbank ein und sorgst dafür, dass sie auf der Plattform auffindbar und nutzbar sind.
  • Du bereitest Metadaten wie Titel, Beschreibungstexte und Stichworte auf und strukturierst Materialien nach verlagsspezifischen Vorgaben.
  • Du aktualisierst und überarbeitest bestehende Produkte und hältst sie auf dem neuesten Stand.

Unterstützung der Live-Webinare

  • Du begleitest unsere Live-Webinare als technischer Support für die Speaker..
  • Du unterstützt bei der Nachbearbeitung der Webinar-Aufzeichnungen und bereitest sie für die Veröffentlichung auf der Plattform vor.

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst aktuell, idealerweise im Lehramt oder in einem pädagogischen Studiengang.
  • Du gehst sicher mit gängigen Office- und Web-Tools um (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2).
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und sorgfältig. Auch bei repetitiven Aufgaben behältst du den Überblick und erledigst sie zuverlässig.
  • Du kommunizierst offen: Du fragst nach, wenn etwas unklar ist, und gibst Fehler transparent weiter.
  • Du bist flexibel und offen für Veränderung. Der Content-Bereich entwickelt sich kontinuierlich weiter, und du bist bereit, dich auf neue Aufgaben und Prozesse einzulassen.
  • Du hast Interesse, den professionellen Umgang mit generativer KI zu erlernen und in KI-gestützten Prozessen mitzuarbeiten.
  • Du bist für die Webinare ca. 2-mal pro Monat am frühen Abend verfügbar.

Von Vorteil

  • Kenntnisse der deutschen Bildungslandschaft, insbesondere im Schulbereich
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Content-Management-Systemen oder Datenbanken
  • Erfahrung mit Zoom oder ähnlichen Webinar-Tools
  • Grundkenntnisse in einem Videoschnittprogramm
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit generativen KI-Tools
