O Atendente 1 é o profissional responsável em integrar nossa equipe da Agência de Atendimento da Equatorial Energia. O profissional será responsável por realizar o atendimento ao cliente, oferecendo suporte, esclarecendo dúvidas e garantindo uma experiência positiva para os consumidores.

  • Realizar serviços comerciais conforme normas procedimentais do grupo equatorial atentando para o Estado de concessão;
  • Participar de ações da comunidade;
  • Atuar como preposto;
  • Conhecer e acompanhar o cumprimento do seu indicador individual de atendimento, garantindo a execução de sua atividade com qualidade e respeitando o tempo Médio de atendimento ( TMA )Tempo Máximo de Espera (TME);
  • Realizar atividade de atendimento ao consumidor com cortesia e qualidade;
  • Participar de reuniões semanais e mensais sobre os indicadores da agência com a equipe;
  • Participar de treinamento conforme cronograma;
  • Atualizar constantemente conhecimentos sobre a resolução vigente da ANEEL e procedimentos comerciais, evitando assim, erros de procedimentos;
  • Agir conforme manual do programa de excelencia na execução diária da atividade de atendente;
  • Seguir as normas de conduta para exercício da função, sendo o não cumprimento passível de medidas disciplinares;
  • Realizar avaliações de conhecimento conforme cronograma;
  • Ser vigilante na execução da sua atividade, de forma a não gerar reclamações nos canais de atendimento: Ouvidoria, Carta Escreva para o Presidente, Formulário de Manifesto, Central e Agências de Atendimento e Site da Empresa e Aplicativo;
  • Zelar pelo patrimônio da Agência de Atendimento;
  • Preencher todos controles necessários através do forms ou SGA;
  • Manter a limpeza e organização da agência;
  • Ser proativo em tudo o que diz respeito à prestação de serviço dentro da agência de atendimento;
  • Solicitar e acompanhar a manutenção predial da agência;
  • Realizar envio de documentos recebidos na agência do grupo Equatorial Energia, conforme procedimento específico;
  • Fazer controle das atas de audiência, além de garantir o envio conforme o padrão do grupo.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo.

Desejáveis:

  • Experiência de 6 meses na área de atendimento ao público.
