Responsável por acompanhar e fiscalizar as atividades realizadas em campo, garantindo a qualidade e a correta execução dos processos de leitura, entrega e apresentação de faturas, visitas de relacionamento e cobrança, conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos e as expectativas contratuais.

  • Fiscalizar as visitas aos clientes na entrega e negociação de faturas e situações de acúmulo de consumo;
  • Acompanhar e fiscalizar a entrega de cartas e negociações dos processos de CNR, verificando o cumprimento dos procedimentos;
  • Fiscalizar a realização das visitas de relacionamento, garantindo a execução conforme o script padrão de abordagem;
  • Acompanhar a execução das atividades de leitura, contribuindo para a redução de impedimentos e o correto faturamento em campo;
  • Identificar anomalias encontradas em campo e apresentar evidências para tratamento;
  • Realizar auditorias das atividades inerentes à área;
  • Propor melhorias na qualidade dos serviços prestados e no relacionamento com a equipe;
  • Realizar feedbacks positivos e reorientações para o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores;
  • Garantir que os agentes tenham conhecimento dos informativos e comunicados repassados pela Concessionária;
  • Administrar atrasos, faltas e compensações de horas dos colaboradores sob sua gestão;
  • Realizar a perfuração de caixa de medidor opaca, permitindo a coleta de leitura;
  • Executar demais atividades inerentes ao setor, conforme determinação da liderança.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Médio completo — desejável;
  • CNH A definitiva;
  • Desejável experiência de 1 ano em áreas relacionadas;
  • Conhecimento ou treinamento em processos de leitura;
  • Treinamento em Direção Defensiva;
