O Leiturista Motociclista é o profissional responsável por realizar a leitura, impressão e entrega de faturas de medidores energia elétrica de unidades consumidoras, bem como apontar irregularidades quando necessário; Recuperar crédito através de negociações realizadas em campo de clientes com débitos provindos de consumo Normal e CNR (Consumo Não Registrado); Realizar cobrança de faturas, através das visitas de relacionamento de acordo com a modalidade, afim de aumentar arrecadação das distribuidoras, bem como evitar a utilização de ferramentas mais enérgicas de cobrança.

  • Coletar leitura dos medidores em campo;
  • Verificar e pontuar a existêcia de irregularidades nos medidores e encaminhar as informações necessárias às áreas competentes para tratativas;
  • Confirmar "in loco" quando solicitado, informações pelo setor de cadastro;
  • Atuar como elo entre a Concessionária e o cliente;
  • Realizar a impressão da fatura do cliente no momento da leitura;
  • Realizar a entrega das faturas às unidades consumidoras;
  • Entregar fatura oriunda de faturamento posterior;
  • Sinalizar melhorias para o processo através da experiência diária em campo;
  • Dar suporte ao processo de cobrança, quando necessário;
  • Cumprir horários e prazos para execução de suas atividades;
  • Conhecer e acompanhar o cumprimento do seu indicador inividual e prestar contas quando convocado para as reuniões de alinhamento mensal;
  • Garantir a execução de sua atividade com qualidade e segurança;
  • Participar de reuniões com a gestão, quando demandado;
  • Participar de treinamentos conforme cronograma;
  • Seguir as normas de conduta para exercício da função;
  • Colher as informações e/ou atualizar o cadastro de clientes e conta contrato;
  • Seguir as normas de segurança da empresa de acordo com as orientações e procedimentos de Segurança no Trabalho;
  • Executar outras tarefas da mesma natureza e nível de complexidade dentro da organização;
  • Negociar débitos de consumo Normal e CNR (Consumo Não Registrado) de Baixa Tensão (BT) das classes Residencial (Normal e Baixa Renda), Comercial, Industrial e Rural;
  • Alertar os clientes sobre suas faturas em aberto, bem como conscientizá-los que a ausência de pagamento poderá ocasionar o interrompimento de seu fornecimento de energia;
  • Realizar entrega de avisos e demais correspondências comerciais;
  • Fazer controle de suas atividades referentes a produção diária;
  • Realizar negociações de alto valor monetário, conforme normas e procedimentos em vigor;
  • Abertura em caixa de medidor opaca, colocar vidro no visor do padrão, permitindo a coleta de leitura;
  • Realizar atividade de visita ao consumidor com cortesia e qualidade.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência em direção defensiva;
  • CNH A/B.

Desejáveis:

  • Experiência na área;
  • Treinamentos nos processos de leitura e relacionamento interpessoal.
