Atividades:

  • Realizar atendimento presencial aos clientes, prestando orientações, esclarecendo dúvidas e buscando soluções para suas necessidades.
  • Registrar atendimentos e solicitações nos sistemas corporativos, garantindo a correta atualização das informações.
  • Acompanhar protocolos e demandas, mantendo o cliente informado sobre o andamento das solicitações.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos para o atendimento.
  • Atuar na tratativa de reclamações, identificando soluções adequadas e direcionando casos mais complexos quando necessário.
  • Contribuir com sugestões de melhoria para os processos de atendimento, promovendo uma experiência cada vez melhor para os clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência anterior com atendimento ao cliente, suporte ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimentos em informática e facilidade para utilização de sistemas;
  • Boa comunicação, proatividade e foco no atendimento ao cliente.

Nossas oportunidades: Contamos com vagas para Agente de Atendimento (6 horas e 8 horas), Agente de Atendimento Backup e Horista (4 horas).
