Meitner utvecklar en plattform för skolor och kommuner med målet att samla viktiga administrativa flöden i ett modernt och användarvänligt system. Idag används Meitner av omkring 300 000 användare och ett 20 tal kommuner, utöver friskolor. Nu fortsätter vi att växa med fler kommuner, fler användare och fler integrationer.

I takt med att vi växer blir integrationerna mellan Meitner och våra kunders befintliga system en allt viktigare del av produkten. Data från bland annat HR system, identitetslösningar och andra tredjepartssystem behöver varje dag synkas och hamna rätt i plattformen. Därför söker vi nu vår första Solutions Engineer.

Om rollen

Som Solutions Engineer blir du länken mellan teknik, kund och produkt. Det här är en ny roll hos oss, vilket innebär att du får vara med och sätta strukturen för hur vi arbetar med integrationer och tekniska kundprojekt framåt. Du arbetar nära utvecklingsteamet och våra kundnära team. På sikt finns möjlighet att ta ett större ägarskap för hela integrationsområdet och vara med och automatisera våra flöden.

Du deltar i tekniska kundmöten och hjälper nya kunder genom onboardingen. En viktig del är att se till att migreringen från kundernas tidigare system fungerar smidigt, även när datan kommer från äldre system och kräver både felsökning och problemlösning. Du arbetar med integrationer mellan Meitner och externa system, utvecklar och underhåller våra publika REST API, exempelvis SS12000 och Directory API, och hjälper kunder att ansluta sina SSO lösningar via SAML.

Vi ser programmering som ett hantverk där rätt lösning beror på problemet. I den här rollen arbetar du bland annat med REST API, OAuth2, SQL, datamigreringar, SAML och olika typer av produktintegrationer. Ibland finns lösningen redan och då hittar och använder du den. I andra situationer behöver du bygga en egen integration eller speciallösning för kunden.

Du för även teknisk dialog med externa partners, specificerar API kontrakt och datamodeller och felsöker integrationer, dataflöden och filformat när något inte fungerar. Rollen innebär också nära samarbete med sälj i presales och upphandlingar, med customer success kring onboarding och teknisk support samt med produkt kring lösningar som kan effektivisera arbetet för både kunder och interna team.

Om dig

Du är tekniskt nyfiken, strukturerad och bekväm med att ha flera parallella frågor igång samtidigt. Du kan gå på djupet i ett tekniskt problem men också ringa en kund, driva en dialog med en leverantör och se till att viktig information inte faller mellan stolarna. Du samarbetar gärna med andra och är lösningsorienterad även när förutsättningarna förändras.

Vi tror att du har:

• Goda kunskaper inom API, OAuth2, SQL, datamigreringar och produktintegrationer • Erfarenhet av att arbeta nära sälj, produkt och customer success eller motsvarande kundnära funktioner • Ett lösningsorienterat arbetssätt där du kan hitta och använda befintliga lösningar men också bygga egna när det behövs • Erfarenhet av GitHub och git • Förmåga att kommunicera obehindrat på svenska och engelska

Det är meriterande om du har minst två års erfarenhet av produktutveckling eller solutions engineering på ett SaaS bolag. Erfarenhet av identitetsleverantörer, SAML, Linear, Jira samt OneRoster API eller Keycloak är också värdefullt. Har du en högskoleingenjörsexamen inom datateknik eller motsvarande ser vi det som ett plus. Kunskaper i tyska är också meriterande.
