The posting

Atividades Gerais:

● Monitorar diariamente oportunidades de licitação nos portais municipais,

estaduais e federais;

● Analisar editais e elaborar pareceres técnicos com foco na viabilidade de

participação;

● Indicar semanalmente os contratos para submissão.

● Reunir e organizar a documentação necessária para habilitação e participação

nos certames;

● Preparar propostas técnicas e comerciais em conjunto com os setores

envolvidos; Fazer cotações de mercado;

● Acompanhar prazos, recursos, impugnações e diligências junto aos órgãos

públicos ao longo de todos os processos licitatórios;

● Realizar o envio e protocolo das propostas, seja presencialmente ou por meio de

plataformas eletrônicas (ex: ComprasNet, Licitações-e, etc.);

● Manter arquivo atualizado de documentos exigidos nos processos licitatórios;

● Acompanhar publicações de resultados e contratos administrativos;

● Estabelecer contato com pregoeiros e comissões de licitação, buscando

esclarecimentos quando necessário;

● Dar suporte na gestão dos contratos oriundos de processos licitatórios vencidos.

Requisitos:

● Experiência prévia em licitações públicas;

● Conhecimento da Lei nº 14.133/21 (Nova Lei de Licitações) e demais legislações

pertinentes;

● Habilidade de leitura e interpretação de editais;

● Proatividade, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação;

● Domínio do Pacote Office (especialmente Word e Excel);

● Desejável conhecimento em plataformas de compras governamentais (SICONV,

ComprasNet, BEC-CE, Portal Compras CE, Licitaweb e etc).

Requisito Desejável:

● Experiência especialmente nos setores de

comunicação, eventos, gráfica e materiais diversos.

Horário: À combinar

Comissão 5% sobre o saldo remanescente dos contratos.
