Atividades:

  • Gerenciar o estoque de produtos cárneos em câmaras frias e túneis de congelamento, monitorando temperaturas, organização, armazenamento e conservação dos produtos.
  • Controlar a movimentação e a rotatividade do estoque, aplicando os métodos PEPS/FIFO e PVPS/FEFO para evitar vencimentos, perdas e desperdícios.
  • Organizar e endereçar os produtos conforme categorias, lotes, datas de produção e destinação para o mercado interno ou exportação.
  • Coordenar o recebimento, a conferência e o armazenamento de mercadorias devolvidas, miúdos e materiais de caixaria, garantindo a destinação adequada e a conformidade documental.
  • Supervisionar a separação de pedidos e o carregamento de caminhões frigoríficos, verificando as condições de higiene e temperatura dos veículos e assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos de expedição.
  • Realizar inventários físicos e acompanhar os registros no sistema ERP, garantindo a acuracidade do estoque e a rastreabilidade dos lotes.
  • Liderar e distribuir as atividades da equipe de estoquistas, conferentes, operadores de empilhadeira e auxiliares de expedição, acompanhando a produtividade e o cumprimento das rotinas operacionais.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas sanitárias, dos padrões de qualidade e das exigências do SIF, mantendo a segregação e a identificação correta dos produtos destinados a diferentes mercados.
  • Fiscalizar o uso adequado de EPIs, o cumprimento das pausas térmicas e das normas de segurança do trabalho, mantendo a organização e a limpeza das câmaras frias e áreas de expedição.
  • Reduzir divergências de estoque, perdas por vencimento e falhas de armazenamento, assegurando a integridade dos produtos, a eficiência operacional e a precisão dos pedidos expedidos.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprovada em gestão de estoque, armazenagem ou expedição, preferencialmente em frigoríficos com atuação em áreas frias, desossa ou carregamento.
  • Conhecimento em gestão de estoque, inventários, controle de entradas e saídas, conferência de mercadorias e gestão de devoluções.
  • Conhecimento dos métodos PEPS/FIFO e PVPS/FEFO, controle de validade, organização de câmaras frias e conservação de produtos perecíveis.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de estoque, como ERP e WMS, e domínio de ferramentas tecnológicas aplicadas ao controle de armazenagem.
  • Conhecimento das normas sanitárias e de qualidade, incluindo SIF, BPF, PPHO e APPCC/HACCP, com foco em rastreabilidade e segregação de produtos.
  • Desejável conhecimento das normas de segurança do trabalho NR-36 e NR-11, incluindo pausas térmicas, ergonomia e movimentação de materiais.
  • Formação técnica ou superior em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.
  • Capacidade de liderar equipes operacionais, distribuir tarefas, acompanhar indicadores e tomar decisões sob pressão.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes, proatividade, comunicação assertiva, resiliência e capacidade de adaptação a ambientes refrigerados e rotinas dinâmicas.

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Experiência anterior em frigoríficos com operações de exportação e atendimento às exigências de mercados internacionais.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP, como SAP ou TOTVS, e sistemas WMS.
  • Certificação para operação de empilhadeira, caso exigida pela rotina operacional.

Horário de Trabalho: De segunda a sábado, das 5h às 13h20. (Presencial)
