Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, preferably within the Oil & Gas Construction Industry
  • Minimum of 5 years in SQL for data manipulation and extraction
  • A thorough knowledge of Data and Analytics with solid experience in interactive dashboard and reports development.
  • Strong IT and coordination skills.
  • Strong qualitative, quantitative analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Strong skills in Power BI, MS SQL, SharePoint, MS Office etc.
  • Proficiency in:Power BI development, including report & dashboard creation. Data modelling and data visualization concepts. Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations. MS Office (especially Excel). ETL Tools like SSIS or Similar tools ASP.NET, SharePoint, HTML, CSS, etc.
  • Some experience in the following areas:Reports Automation using SSRS or similar tools. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BusinessObjects Lumira. SAP Data Services & WEBI (BusinessObjects Web Intelligence)
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Good supervisory skills.
