Qualifications*Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering

Additional quality, welding and NDE inspection related qualifications

Knowledge and/or Experience:-

8 years' experience in Quality in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel. Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies. Experience in working in large-scale operating Organizations in Operations and projects Knowledge of relevant Quality Systems, specifications and tools Knowledge of Industry standards

Technical and Business Skills:-

Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decisions using presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills. Ability to manage development and implementation of Quality Management Systems adapted to Oil & Gas industry. Ability to interact with project management team and Contractors confidently. Requires strong analytical, organisational and planning skills
