Qualifications*

Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience:-

8 years experience with large project commissioning in the Oil & Gas industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Power Bi dashboard creation and maintenance Strong knowledge of Systems Completion Planning Strong knowledge and understanding of certificate types and certification gates Strong knowledge and understanding of ITR types and stages Strong knowledge and understanding of punch list categorization Experience using Completion Management Systems (CMS) such as WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon or similar. Familiarity with construction, QA/QC, and commissioning interfaces. Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills. Strong understanding of HSE standards and safe system handover practices.

Technical and Business Skills:-

A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures in a site environment. Effective leadership. Contractor coordination and reporting skills. Strong organizational and technical judgment skills Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak fluent English Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, computer literacy. Good communication and influencing skills
