Qualifications*

Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration

Knowledge and/or Experience*

8 years experience in a similar role.

Significant practical knowledge of hard copy and electronic document control and information management systems. Successful track record in similar roles on large international projects.

A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Key Accountabilities

1. Identify technical documentation requirements for maintaining the assests post completion of the project, and develop a strategy to ensure these requirements are transferred to the asset owners in a timely manner. 2. Deliver the Information Management activities streamlined from Contractors and Subcontractors to ensure their alignement with the Company requirements. 3. Leads the PMT team in checking of Project Information Handover deliverables to meet the Early Deliverables and Final Deliverable timelines to OESS and Technical Deocumentation teams. 4. Leads the IM PMT and contributes to project PMT in compiling periodic managment reports. 5. Provides general daily assistance to the PMT in all matters related to technical documentation and correspondence. 6. Contributes in the development and review of any ITT, TBE and clarifications for the IM and IT disciplines. 7. Ensures adherence of COMPANY and Contractor PMTs to the all Policies and Procedures. 8. Lead weekly discipline meetings with counterparts from internal disciplines, and Contractor organization to avoid any potential concerns and troubleshoot any issued already arrised.
