Description Highlights:

  • Responsible to oversee and coordinate Precommissioning and Commissioning Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) and Permit to Work (PTW) activities fpr all Disciplines to ensure EPC Contractor delivery of all aspects of planning and execution of systems completions, including pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, is in full compliance with company SHES requirements. PMT focal point for SIMOPS/PTW plan development and implementation during PCC stages. Provides clear guidance to the EPC contractor and facilitates resolution of SIMOPS/PTW issues to meet project objectives and milestones.
  • Excellent written and oral English skills.
  • Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills.
  • Strong technical, prioritisation and management skills.
  • Good communication, influencing and interface skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, etc.

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 10 years experience as SIMOPS/PTW Coordinator, Commissioning or Operations Lead with a broad knowledge of planning and Pre-commissioning/Commissioning execution experience.
  • Expertise in SHES Hazard identification/Risk Assessment and SIMOPS/PTW management.
  • Strong leadership skills, experience leading multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams in commissioning field execution
  • Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Startup of Brown-field onshore projects is desirable.
