Qualifications Bachelors degree in sciences, safety, health, environment, security, or engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience 15 years experience in SHES in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel. 3 years in fourth-line senior leadership or equivalent senior leadership roles with National or International Oil & Gas Companies, or other multinational corporations Leadership role, in the last five years, leading SHES management for world class mega-projects across FEED and EPC phases, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant project delivery.

Technical and Business Skills Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies. Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, at senior Leadership level. Recognized industry authority in SHES management systems and governance, with advanced knowledge of international standards, IOC standards and the ability to translate them into Mega projects organization practices. High level of proficiency in written and spoken English Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications
