Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge and/or Experience

10 years diversified Oil and Gas Operations experience, out of which 5 years spent as Shift Superintendent.

Ability to coach employees and contractors of diverse backgrounds and levels.

Self-starter and able to anticipate the changes required
