Om rollen

Som Handledare inom gymnasieskolan arbetar du nära elever och verkstadsverksamheten för att skapa de bästa förutsättningarna för lärande. Du varvar praktiskt arbete i verkstadsmiljö med handledning av elever och utveckling av utbildningen.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att:

  • Handleda och stötta elever både teoretiskt och praktiskt i verkstadsmiljö.
  • Utveckla elevernas kunskaper och förmågor, bland annat genom regelbundna trepartssamtal.
  • Planera och förbereda arbetet tillsammans med verkstadsdriften för att skapa goda lärandemiljöer.
  • Upprätthålla en nära dialog mellan skola och verkstad.
  • Ansvara för och representera utbildningen vid aktiviteter som öppet hus, prova på-dagar och gymnasiemässor.
  • Planera, genomföra och utvärdera utvecklingsinsatser för elever i årskurs 2 och 3.
  • Vara en drivande kraft i utbildningens utvecklings- och förbättringsarbete.
  • Bidra till skolans arbete med att skapa och utveckla APL samarbeten genom nätverkande och samarbeten med branschaktörer.
  • Hålla dig uppdaterad kring ny teknik och utvecklingen inom fordonsbranschen.
  • Stötta den dagliga verkstadsverksamheten.
  • Aktivt delta i intern kompetensutveckling

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har ett genuint intresse för både fordonsteknik och människor. Du tycker om att dela med dig av din kunskap och motiveras av att se andra utvecklas.

Vi tror att du har:

  • Utbildning inom fordonsteknik eller motsvarande kompetens.
  • Gedigen erfarenhet som fordonstekniker eller mekaniker.
  • B-körkort.
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att handleda elever eller arbeta med utbildning.

Som person är du:

  • Pedagogisk och strukturerad.
  • Relationsskapande och samarbetsinriktad.
  • Initiativtagande, positiv och nyfiken.
  • Serviceinriktad med ett professionellt bemötande.
  • Kommunikativ och trygg i att uttrycka dig både muntligt och skriftligt.
  • Självständig med god förmåga att planera, prioritera och driva ditt arbete framåt.
