Brinner du för försäljning, relationer och affärer inom fordonsbranschen? Har du erfarenhet av att arbeta med verkstäder, kedjekunder och tunga fordon? Då kan det vara just dig vi söker till rollen som Verkstadssäljare hos oss!

Om rollen

Som säljare är du en nyckelperson i vår säljorganisation. Du arbetar både strategiskt och operativt med att utveckla och stärka våra kundrelationer. Fokus ligger på fältbaserat arbete med besök hos både anslutna konceptverkstäder, samt övriga stora kedjekunder och tunga fordonsverkstäder. En viktig del av rollen är aktiv nykundsbearbetning för att identifiera och etablera affärer med nya verkstäder och kedjekunder i regionen.

Du driver försäljning genom kampanjer, bearbetning av prospekt och ansvar för kommersiella avtal. Du är en självgående person som arbetar strukturerat och organiserat, med förmåga att planera och driva ditt arbete framåt.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Genomföra säljbesök hos både konceptverkstäder och övriga kunder
  • Bygga och vårda relationer med nyckelkunder inom olika kedjor
  • Identifiera och bearbeta nya affärsmöjligheter och prospekt
  • Arbeta aktivt med kampanjer och försäljningsdrivande aktiviteter
  • Ansvara för kommersiella avtal och samverka kring prissättning
  • Uppdatera information i CRM-system och följa upp KPI:er
  • Delta i regelbundna uppföljningsmöten med ledning
  • Budget- och intäktsansvar tillsammans med affärschef/platschef
  • Någon form av säljutbildning
  • Erfarenhet av liknande försäljningsroll
  • Erfarenhet av att hantera försäljning inom bildetaljer, verkstad, retail eller originalled
  • Förmåga att coacha och utveckla både dig själv och andra
  • Ekonomisk förståelse och affärsmannaskap
  • Goda kunskaper i Office-paketet
  • Flytande svenska och god förståelse i engelska
  • Giltigt B-körkort
