If that sounds like you, Melita wants you on our Tech Squad! We're looking for Technical Contact Centre Agents to join our energetic team on a full-time basis. This is more than just answering calls, it's about becoming the go-to person for our customers' technical needs, guiding them with confidence and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the frontline tech hero: Resolve technical inquiries and sharing your tech wisdom;
  • Simplify the complex: Dive into the digital world to process orders, handle account inquiries, and offer guidance to customers;
  • Process with precision: Master the art of handling customer concerns with ease;
  • Document like a pro: Keep detailed records of your tech support adventures;
  • Hit your marks: Achieve and exceed tech-tastic performance metrics;
  • Stay sharp: Keep up with the latest telecommunications trends.
  • A passion for all things tech;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Ability to translate tech jargon into plain Maltese and English;
  • Comfortable with basic computer skills and navigating software tools;
  • A knack for teamwork and the ability to work independently;
  • A desire to embrace a fast-paced tech-savvy environment;
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm is essential.
