The posting

Om jobbet Meliva Hornsberg är en mindre vårdcentral på Kungsholmen och här arbetar vi nära varandra. Vi är ett glatt och härligt gäng som trivs att jobba tillsammans. Hos oss hittar du specialistläkare i allmänmedicin, distriktssköterska, sjuksköterskor, undersköterska samt receptionist. Mottagningen har cirka 4500 listade patienter och ligger i ett område med en ung och relativt frisk befolkning. Nöjda patienter är vår målsättning, liksom en god och trevlig arbetsmiljö med personal som trivs på arbetet. Vi arbetar i trevliga och ljusa lokaler intill Hornsbergsstrand på Kungsholmen. Bra kommunikation, med bussar som stannar utanför dörren. Nära till tunnelbana Grön och Blå linje. I omgivningen finns ett stort utbud av restauranger och här finns möjligheter till härliga promenader vid vattnet. Vem söker vi? Vi behöver nu stärka upp vår sköterskegrupp i hemsjukvården med en undersköterska på deltid. Vi söker dig som är trygg i din yrkesroll och har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete i hemsjukvården. Vi tror att du: • Trivs på en mindre vårdcentral • Har en god samarbetsförmåga, flexibilitet och positiv inställning • Som person är ansvarsfull, glad och positiv • Finner hembesök stimulerande (kan cykla) Alla våra hembesök är i närområdet i Hornsberg/Kristineberg på Kungsholmen så vi cyklar eller promenerar till våra patienter. Arbetsuppgifterna varierar bl.a mellan medicinöverräckning, såromläggning, sondmatning, provtagning och enklare tillsynsbesök. Eftersom vi hjälps åt på vårdcentralen och strävar efter flexibilitet är det önskvärt att kunna hjälpa till inne på mottagningen vid behov.
