Η MFP, εταιρεία του ομίλου Mellon Group επιθυμεί να προσλάβει για λογαριασμό πελάτη της στον τραπεζικό κλάδο, Στέλεχος Ενημέρωσης Υφιστάμενου Πελατολογίου Τράπεζας για την ανάγκη επικαιροποίησης των στοιχείων τους, στην περιοχή του Πειραιά.

Τα καθήκοντα της θέσης αφορούν στην ενημέρωση του υφιστάμενου πελατολογίου της Τράπεζας σχετικά με την επικείμενη ημερομηνία λήξης εγκυρότητας των στοιχείων τους καθώς και για τους διαθέσιμους τρόπους επικαιροποίησης τους μέσα από τα διαθέσιμα κανάλια της.

Τι θα κάνεις:

  • Θα πραγματοποιείς εξερχόμενες τηλεφωνικές κλήσεις σε υφιστάμενους πελάτες.
  • Θα τους ενημερώνεις για την ανάγκη άμεσης επικαιροποίησης των στοιχείων τους.
  • Θα παρέχεις τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες και διευκρινίσεις.
  • Θα καταχωρείς τα στοιχεία και το αποτέλεσμα κάθε επικοινωνίας στο πελατοκεντρικό σύστημα (CRM).

Requirements

  • Πρότερη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα εκτιμηθεί ως επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Ευχέρεια λόγου και άνεση στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια και υπευθυνότητα.
  • Ευγένεια και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.
