Η Mellon Technologies, εκ μέρους μεγάλου Χρηματοπιστωτικού Οργανισμού στη Αθήνα, αναζητά Relocation Project Coordinator, ο οποίος θα υποστηρίξει τη Διεύθυνση Οργάνωσης στην υλοποίηση του Relocation Masterplan και στη μεταστέγαση Κεντρικών Υπηρεσιών.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Συντονισμός και παρακολούθηση των μετακινήσεων Μονάδων και εξοπλισμού.
  • Καταγραφή, σήμανση και έλεγχος επίπλωσης, κιβωτίων και λοιπού εξοπλισμού.
  • Συντονισμός με στελέχη των Μονάδων, μεταφορικές εταιρείες, τεχνικούς και συνεργεία καθαρισμού.
  • Εποπτεία της μεταφοράς και ορθής τοποθέτησης επίπλωσης και εξοπλισμού βάσει εγκεκριμένων σχεδίων.
  • Παρακολούθηση χρονοδιαγράμματος, καταγραφή εκκρεμοτήτων και σύνταξη reports προς τη Διεύθυνση Οργάνωσης.
  • Άμεση αναφορά και διαχείριση θεμάτων που προκύπτουν κατά την υλοποίηση του έργου.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΑΤΕΙ, κατά προτίμηση σε Οργάνωση & Διοίκηση, Logistics, Project Management ή συναφή κλάδο.
  • Εμπειρία σε Project Coordination, Logistics, Facility Management ή Relocation projects.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office και ιδιαίτερα Excel.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα συντονισμού πολλαπλών εμπλεκόμενων μερών και εργασίας με αυστηρά χρονοδιαγράμματα.
  • Ιδιωτικό μεταφορικό μέσο για περιοδικές μετακινήσεις σε κτήρια της Αττικής.
