Atuar no suporte e desenvolvimento das atividades comerciais, garantindo a qualificação de oportunidades, organização das informações comerciais, gestão de relacionamento com clientes e apoio ao processo de vendas, contribuindo para o alcance dos resultados e crescimento sustentável do negócio.

Horário da vaga: seg a sexta 9h as 18h e sáb 9h as 13h

Atividades:

  • Preencher e lançar dados,
  • Desenvolver a conversão e apresentação de produto em listas frias;
  • Elaborar propostas, planilhas, formulários e sistemas operacionais, portais internos ou externos;
  • Atender e contatar clientes através de e-mail, ligações e aplicativos de mensagens, efetuando as tratativas e gerenciando informações para conclusão da venda;
  • Preparar informações para relatórios, formulários, planilhas e demais documentos para registro;
  • Conferência de informações;
  • Realizar qualificação estruturada de leads, garantindo aderência ao perfil de cliente ideal (ICP);
  • Atualização do CRM verificando dados de faturamento e fechamento;
  • Participar de reuniões através de videoconferência,
  • Estar presente em rotinas administrativas referentes ao setor,
  • Receber e desenvolver os leads.
