Dit wordt jouw job

In deze functie werk je met moderne CNC‑machines en zorg je ervoor dat elk onderdeel perfect wordt afgewerkt. Je vertrekt van technische tekeningen en werkt stap voor stap naar een resultaat waar je trots op kan zijn.

Je taken bestaan uit:

· Het nauwkeurig afwerken van onderdelen op basis van technische tekeningen.

· Het kiezen van de juiste gereedschappen, het instellen van de machine en het uitvoeren van de bewerkingen.

· Werken binnen strikte maattoleranties en het uitvoeren van controles en metingen aan de machine.

· Zorgen voor een correcte afwerking volgens het gevraagde kwaliteitsniveau.

Waarom jij de match bent

We zoeken een gedreven collega die technisch inzicht heeft en zich verder wil ontwikkelen tot een specialist in CNC‑Slijpen.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

· Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpen, en bent bekend met vorm- en plaatstoleranties

· Je hebt een sterk 3D-inzicht: op basis van een tekening kan je je meteen voorstellen hoe het afgewerkte product eruit zal zien en welke stappen je moet nemen om dit tot een goed einde te brengen

· Je brengt aantoonbare ervaring mee met het bedienen van een CNC-slijpmachine en wil hierin verder groeien

· Je analyseert snel, werkt nauwkeurig en proactief

· Je functioneert goed zelfstandig én in team

· Bereidheid om in 2 wisselende ploegen (ochtend-middag) te werken
