Senior Cybersecurity Engineer SOC & Threat Intelligence

Ubicación: Barcelona centro (modelo híbrido)

¿Eres un perfil senior en ciberseguridad y sientes que es el momento de dar el siguiente paso? Buscamos una persona con visión, energía y ganas de ayudarnos a construir el siguiente nivel de defensa en nuestro equipo de Seguridad (SOC).

Este rol no es solo para ejecutar, sino para cuestionar, proponer y liderar técnicamente. Queremos alguien con actitud, experiencia y ganas de hacer las cosas bien. ¿Te suena como el reto que estás buscando?

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y madurar la capacidad de Threat Intelligence del SOC.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas amenazas, tendencias y tácticas del sector.
  • Colaborar directamente con el líder del SOC en la evolución estratégica del departamento.
  • Guiar técnicamente a perfiles más junior, elevando el nivel del equipo.
  • Impulsar mejoras en automatización de detección, respuesta y tareas operativas.
  • Participar activamente en el diseño de casos de uso, afinación de alertas y detecciones avanzadas.
  • Soporte experto en la investigación y respuesta a incidentes complejos.

Requisitos

  • Excelente nivel de inglés, oral y escrito.
  • Experiencia o fuerte interés en CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence).
  • Actitud proactiva, colaborativa y orientada a aportar valor.
  • Dominio de herramientas y conceptos como: SIEM, EDR, análisis de logs, respuesta a incidentes.
  • Experiencia en definición de estrategias de detección, automatización o iniciativas SOC.
  • Conocimiento de TTPs y frameworks como MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Sólida comprensión de redes, sistemas operativos (Windows/Linux), protocolos y arquitectura empresarial.
  • Habilidades en scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en combinación de roles como SOC Analyst, IR, Threat Hunting, CTI o Ethical Hacking.

Valoramos también

  • Haber liderado iniciativas de madurez o mejora de un SOC.
  • Conocimientos en seguridad en la nube (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Capacidad para comunicar hallazgos técnicos a perfiles no técnicos.
  • Experiencia con herramientas como SentinelOne, Splunk, XSOAR, MISP, Akamai, etc.
  • Experiencia en hacking ético o traducción de técnicas ofensivas a lógica de detección.
  • Actitud resolutiva y orientada a compartir conocimiento con el equipo.
