Damit unsere Kunden zuverlässig betreut werden und sich gut aufgehoben fühlen, suchen wir Verstärkung im Kundensupport in Vollzeit an unserem Standort in Wuppertal.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden per E-Mail, Telefon und WhatsApp
  • Unterstützung bei Fragen zu unserem System, Automationen und Prozessen
  • Analyse von Kundenanliegen und strukturierte Lösungsfindung
  • Weitergabe technischer Themen an Entwicklung und Projektteam
  • Pflege und Dokumentation von Support-Tickets
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Verbesserung unserer Support-Abläufe
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Technik
