Als Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du die operative Wiederbeschaffung in deinem Produktbereich und hältst damit einen der wichtigsten Hebel für unsere Liefertreue in der Hand. Das erwartet dich

  • Operative Wiederbeschaffung in deinem Produktbereich: tägliche und wöchentliche Bestellroutine, Bestellauslösung, Kontrolle der Auftragsbestätigungen und Terminverfolgung.
  • Steuerung der Bestellreichweiten sowie frühzeitige Warnung bei Verfügbarkeits- und Engpassrisiken.
  • Operative Lieferantenkommunikation im Tagesgeschäft – von Terminen und Mengen bis zur sachlichen Vorbereitung von Reklamationen.
  • Engpass-Management: strukturierte Eskalation an Hersteller und Erarbeitung von Allokationsvorschlägen gemeinsam mit Strategischem Einkauf und Product Management.
  • Abstimmung der Anlieferungen mit unserer Logistik und Lagerleitung, auch bei Teil- und Unterlieferungen.
  • Datenbasiertes Arbeiten mit unseren Beschaffungs- und Analyse-Tools, inkl. Rückmeldung von Fehlern an die IT.
  • Saubere Dokumentation und Ticket-Disziplin als Basis für eine verlässliche Vertretung im Team.
  • Strukturierte Inputs an Strategischen Einkauf, Product Management und S&OP zu Verfügbarkeit, Liefertreue und Engpassmustern.

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management, in der Disposition, Materialplanung oder Beschaffung, idealerweise in einem breiten, internationalen oder saisonalen Sortiment.
  • Strukturierte, verlässliche und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise - systematisch statt reaktiv.
  • Hohe Zahlen- und Datenaffinität sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Excel.
  • Klare, sachliche Kommunikation im Austausch mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen.
  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Prioritäten und die Fähigkeit, auch bei Engpässen den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Zusätzliche Erfahrungen im internationalen Speditions- und Logistikumfeld sind von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
