Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt das Operationsteam tatkräftig bei der Umsetzung und Durchführung der Veranstaltungen.
  • Du bist Teil unserer Neueröffnung in München und wirkst maßgeblich bei einer Entstehung eines neuen Teams mit.
  • Du bist erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Gäste.
  • Du bekommst Einblick in die wöchentliche Veranstaltungsplanung und die damit einhergehenden operativen Abläufe von Vorbereitung (wie Bestellwesen, Set Up der Räume), Betreuung der Events bis hin zur Nachbereitung (Fresh Up, Lagerwesen)
  • Du findest kreative Lösungen bei kniffligen Kundenansprüchen.

  • Du bist der geborene Gastgeber – offen, interessiert und hilfsbereit.
  • Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und packst gerne mit an.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in einem gastronomischen Beruf oder bist Quereinsteiger im Event- und Gastronomie Bereich.
  • Du arbeitest dienstleistungsorientiert, mit viel Verständnis für unsere Gäste.
  • Du kannst unsere Gäste zu Speisen und Getränken beraten und bedienen.
  • Dein Auftreten ist freundlich, locker aber auch professionell.
  • Du bist bereit Fehler zu machen und aus ihnen zu lernen.
  • Du kannst fließend auf Deutsch kommunizieren in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
