JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dishwashing and pot washing

• Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment, surfaces, and floors

• Proper disposal of waste and recyclables

• Reporting maintenance issues to management

• Following workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures

• Performing other duties assigned by supervisors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in kitchen cleaning, stewarding, or hospitality operations preferred

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Punctual, reliable, and responsible

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

• Flexible with work locations

• Basic English communication skills
