Ton rôle

Tu rejoins le CEO Office que nous construisons, aux côtés du Chief of Staff, et tu travailles en lien direct avec les deux cofondateurs. C'est un poste transverse : tu pilotes des projets, tu prépares les décisions et tu fais tourner les rituels qui font avancer l'entreprise.

Tes missions

Projets stratégiques et go-to-market (environ 40 %)

  • Piloter des projets de bout en bout : ouverture de nouveaux pays, lancements d'offres, partenariats.
  • Mettre en place et améliorer les process de vente avec les équipes Sales et RevOps.
  • Mener des analyses pour les fondateurs (marché, benchmarks, pricing) et les transformer en plans d'action.

Relations investisseurs et board (environ 25 %)

  • Préparer les communications aux investisseurs et les supports de board.
  • Nous accompagner dans l'optique d'une série B en 2027.

Pilotage financier et FP&A (environ 35 %)

  • Tenir à jour les indicateurs clés : ARR, churn, pipeline.
  • Construire et suivre les forecasts et le budget.
  • Fiabiliser les données entre nos outils et automatiser ces rituels avec l'IA.

Ton profil

  • Tu es en école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou équivalent, en stage de fin d'études ou en césure.
  • Tu as au moins 6 mois d'expérience en conseil, en banque ou en start-up, sur des sujets finance ou RevOps. Ce n'est pas ton premier stage.
  • Tu as une vraie appétence pour la tech et pour l'IA, et tu l'utilises déjà au quotidien.
  • Tu as un esprit analytique rigoureux et tu es à l'aise sur Excel ou Google Sheets.
  • Tu sais travailler en autonomie et prendre des sujets en main.
  • Tu travailles aussi bien en français qu'en anglais.
