Aufgabengebiet

  • Erarbeitung von Konzepten zur Rückverfolgbarkeit von einzelnen Bauteilen und Geräten über den gesamten Fertigungsprozess – inklusive zugekaufter Bauteile und externer Fertigungspartner
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung eines Systems zur eindeutigen Kennzeichnung von Bauteilen in der Produktion
  • Definition von Regeln zum Umgang mit fehlerhaften oder auffälligen Bauteilen sowie Einrichtung eines separaten, gesicherten Lagerbereichs für auffällige und gesperrte Bauteile
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung einer Übersicht des gesamten Fertigungsablaufs von der Warenannahme bis zum Versand
  • Bewertung und Sicherstellung der Sauberkeitsanforderungen von Produkt und Fertigungsprozess sowie Ansprechpartner:in für entsprechende Qualitätsthemen gegenüber dem Kunden
  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Schutzmaßnahmen gegen elektrostatische Entladung (ESD)
  • Vorschlag und Abstimmung geeigneter Mess- und Prüfverfahren für die verschiedenen Fertigungsstufen mit dem Kunden

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. als Techniker:in im Qualitätsbereich
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung in der Fertigung, idealerweise im Elektronik-, Geräte- oder Automotive-Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Rückverfolgung von Bauteilen und Produkten in einem Warenwirtschafts- bzw. ERP-System
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kennzeichnungs- und Sperrsystemen in der Produktion
  • Erfahrung in der Integration von Qualitätsthemen in Produktionsabläufe
  • Erfahrung in der Anpassung von Wareneingangsprüfungen an kundenspezifische Anforderungen
  • Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Sauberkeits- bzw. Reinraumanforderungen sowie im ESD-Schutz (DIN EN 61340-5-1)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
