  • Du gestaltest die digitale Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens aktiv mit.
  • Du entwickelst und pflegst SharePoint-Seiten und unterstützt beim Aufbau digitaler Wissens- und Informationsplattformen.
  • Du recherchierst, testest und bewertest digitale Lösungen und KI-Anwendungen für den praktischen Einsatz im Unternehmen.
  • Du entwickelst kreative Prompts und Anwendungsfälle, um den Einsatz von KI im Arbeitsalltag voranzubringen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen und bringst eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung bestehender Abläufe ein.
  • Du erstellst Schulungsunterlagen, Anleitungen und digitale Lerninhalte für unsere Mitarbeitenden.
  • Du arbeitest in spannenden Projekten mit und übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Aufgabenbereiche.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d). Welchen Studiengang Du belegst, ist für uns zweitrangig. Viel wichtiger ist, dass Du Interesse an Digitalisierung, neuen Technologien und praktischen Lösungen mitbringst.
  • Du kannst Dich für die Besonderheiten des Handwerks begeistern und hast idealerweise einen persönlichen Bezug dazu, beispielsweise durch Familie, Freunde, eigene Erfahrungen oder einfach ehrliches Interesse an unserer Branche.
  • Du bist neugierig, denkst gerne neue Wege und hast Lust, Themen rund um Digitalisierung und Künstliche Intelligenz aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und packst Themen eigenverantwortlich an.
  • Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen und kommunizierst offen und wertschätzend.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse, denkst mit, bringst eigene Ideen ein und fragst nach, wenn etwas unklar ist.
