Voor een internationaal en technologisch gespecialiseerd productiebedrijf in de regio Deinze zijn we op zoek naar een Productieoperator / Afwerker.Je komt terecht in een hoogtechnologische omgeving waar precisie en kwaliteit centraal staan. Je staat in voor de finale afwerking van metalen en keramische onderdelen en zorgt ervoor dat elk product aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen voldoet.De functie

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de afwerking van targets, zowel metalen als keramische onderdelen.
  • Je staat in voor het polijsten en conventioneel draaien van lange profielen tot wel 5 meter.
  • Je voert verschillende kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert de resultaten in een MES-systeem.
  • Je detecteert afwijkingen en rapporteert deze aan de verantwoordelijke kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Je staat in voor het correct documenteren en opvolgen van eventuele non-conformiteiten.
  • Je zorgt voor het zorgvuldig verpakken en hanteren van afgewerkte producten.
  • Je waakt over een nauwkeurige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van het productieproces.
  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma, bij voorkeur in een mechanische of technische richting.
  • Je hebt een sterk mechanisch inzicht en kan technische tekeningen lezen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een computer en hebt bij voorkeur kennis van Excel, MES- of ERP-systemen.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en/of Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om in een drieploegenstelsel te werken.
