Voor een organisatie actief in koeltechnieken zoeken we een Projectleider HVAC & Koeltechniek. Dit voor een onderneming regio Ieper.De functieAls projectleider maak je deel uit van een ervaren team en draag je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de planning, opvolging en kwaliteitsvolle realisatie van jouw projecten, binnen het afgesproken budget.Je staat in voor een vlot verloop op organisatorisch en communicatief vlak, zowel intern als extern, en volgt de technische en administratieve voortgang van elk project nauwgezet op.Concreet omvat dit:

  • Het analyseren van de projectbriefing en deze bijsturen indien nodig.
  • Het dagelijks aansturen van de montageploegen die op jouw project actief zijn.
  • Prijsaanvragen doen, materialen bestellen en leveringen opvolgen.
  • Optreden als vast aanspreekpunt voor klanten doorheen het volledige project. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, ga je bij vaste klanten ook zelf opmetingen uitvoeren met het oog op het opstellen van offertes.
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en communiceren met alle betrokken partijen.
  • Vorderingsstaten opmaken en opvolgen, met inbegrip van de verrekening van min- en meerwerken.
  • Het As Built-dossier voorbereiden.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsnormen en wettelijke voorschriften op de werf.

Je hebt een sterke technische achtergrond, aangevuld met organisatietalent en een gezonde dosis assertiviteit.We zoeken een kandidaat die:

  • Een hogere technische opleiding genoot en over een goede kennis van HVAC beschikt (kennis van koeltechniek is een pluspunt).
  • Minimaal drie jaar relevante ervaring heeft in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Vlot is in het Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een troef.
  • Sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden heeft en resultaatgericht werkt.
  • Beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en de nodige assertiviteit.
  • Nauwkeurig werkt op administratief vlak en vlot overweg kan met computertoepassingen.
  • Zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig uitstekend kan functioneren.
