The posting

  • Position: Apt Manager/Floating Shift Supervisor Location: Crafton , PA Pay Rate: Earn up to $21 /hour with election of Enhanced Pay option. base= 19 per hr Shifts available: Evenings, Overnights and Weekends
  • This position will be directly responsible for the supervision of the Direct Care Staff and coordination of ongoing daily activities within our Residential/Apartment setting.
  • This position encompasses responsibility for all financial records for the individuals residing within residence and financial records for the group home.
  • This position provides a desirable residential atmosphere based on the NHS/AVS philosophy which advocates the full rights of the residents and demands that staff performs in a mature, wholesome and responsible manner.
  • This position will provide orientation and continuing training of all staff in residence.
  • This position will prepare and submit all necessary paperwork (written and electronic).
  • This position requires basic computer knowledge and skills.
  • This position will coordinate, plan and initiate residential activities, special events and off campus trips.
  • This position maintains all records pertinent to their area of responsibility. This position works closely with other departments.
  • This position directly reports to the Residential Services Director.

This position is in rotation of Relief shift Supervisor role, which is directly responsible for all matters within the building, all staff and residents
