Unternehmen stehen unter Druck, bei KI schnell voranzukommen und die meisten wissen nicht, wo sie anfangen sollen. Deine Aufgabe ist es, die vertrauensvolle Brücke zu sein: zu verstehen, wo der echte operative Schmerzpunkt eines Kunden liegt, und gemeinsam mit unserem technischen Team Lösungen zu entwickeln, die wirklich liefern. Du verantwortest Beziehungen über Mittelstands- und Enterprise-Kunden hinweg – vom ersten Gespräch bis zur Delivery-Übergabe und darüber hinaus. Wir haben bereits Referenzprojekte in der Branche. Du baust auf diesem Fundament auf und bringst es weiter.

Deine Rolle

  • Strategische Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen: Du identifizierst und entwickelst Beziehungen Kunden, die von KI profitieren und positionierst Merantix Momentum bei Entscheidern als vertrauensvollen Partner.
  • Consultative Selling: Du verstehst die operativen Engpässe und strategischen Ziele deiner Kunden tief und zeigst auf, wie unsere KI-Technologien echten Business Value schaffen.
  • Trusted Advisor werden: Du baust langfristige Beziehungen zu Schlüssel-Stakeholdern auf und navigierst souverän durch komplexe Enterprise-Umgebungen.
  • Lösungen gemeinsam entwickeln: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team aus AI-Researchern, Data Scientists und Engineers zusammen, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu gestalten.
  • Angebote & kommerzielle Verantwortung: Du erstellst überzeugende Proposals und Commercial Offerings, die den Wert unserer Lösungen klar transportieren.
  • Account-Wachstum: Du begleitest Kunden über die gesamte Zusammenarbeit, sorgst für starke Delivery-Kollaboration und identifizierst Chancen für Folgeprojekte und strategisches Account-Wachstum.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (idealerweise 5+ Jahre) in Sales, Account Management, Consulting oder Business Development – vorzugsweise im B2B-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im consultative, lösungsorientierten Vertrieb komplexer Deals
  • Verständnis für industrielle Organisationen und ihre Transformationsherausforderungen; ein bestehendes Netzwerk in der Industrie ist ein Plus
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch, das heißt du bewegst dich sicher zwischen technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern
  • Unternehmerisches Mindset, Ownership-Mentalität und starke Beziehungsfähigkeit
  • Echtes Interesse an KI, neuen Technologien und digitaler Transformation
