  1. Field & Customer SupportMembantu menangani kebutuhan dan keluhan customer serta follow-up di lapangan. Mobile ke lokasi customer dan membantu koordinasi dengan teknisi, workshop, principal, dan pihak terkait.
  2. Free Service & After-Sales SupportMengatur pengiriman oil, spare parts, consumables, dan kebutuhan free service program ke customer. Membantu koordinasi service dan follow-up customer complaint bersama After Sales Supervisor.
  3. Vehicle AdministrationMengurus BBN, BPKB, STNK, KIR trailer, dan dokumen kendaraan lainnya. Follow-up dengan biro jasa, Samsat, dan pihak terkait sampai selesai.
  4. Logistics & DeliveryMengatur pengiriman, loading/unloading truck, trailer, parts, dan barang lainnya. Mencari, membandingkan, dan berkoordinasi dengan vendor delivery/transporter. Menangani kendala delivery dan mencari solusi yang efektif dan efisien
  5. Unit MobilizationMengatur dan memonitor mobilisasi unit dari Jakarta–Surabaya atau lokasi lainnya. Mengkoordinasikan driver/transporter dan menyelesaikan kendala selama perjalanan.
  6. Trial & Field TestingMengikuti trial truck/equipment dan membantu pengumpulan data fuel consumption, distance, payload, operating hours, dan performance. Membantu dokumentasi dan reporting hasil trial.
  7. Vendor & General Operational SupportMencari, membandingkan, dan berkomunikasi dengan vendor lokal sesuai kebutuhan. Membantu berbagai pekerjaan operasional lapangan seperti survey, pengambilan/pengiriman barang atau dokumen, pendampingan customer/principal, dan kebutuhan lainnya.
  8. General Operational Support. Membantu berbagai pekerjaan operasional lainnya sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada:Pengambilan/pengiriman dokumen. Pengambilan/pengiriman spare parts. Koordinasi loading/unloading. Survey lokasi. Pendampingan customer/principal. Support kegiatan pameran atau event. Support mobilisasi dan demobilisasi unit. Membantu pekerjaan operasional lain yang membutuhkan kehadiran langsung di lapangan.

Kualifikasi

  1. Pengalaman. Pengalaman kerja 2–5 tahun; fresh graduate dapat dipertimbangkan dengan karakter dan problem solving yang kuat.
  2. Pengalaman di bidang: Logistics, Automotive, Heavy equipment, Truck/trailer, Workshop, Field operation, Sales support, After-sales support, Delivery/transportation, akan menjadi nilai tambah.
  3. Logika berpikir yang baik, inisiatif, dan problem-solving yang baik.
  4. Mampu mencari solusi efektif dan efisien dalam kondisi lapangan yang tidak pasti.
  5. Komunikatif dengan customer, vendor, driver, teknisi, dan pihak eksternal.
  6. Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office/Google Workspace untuk reporting sederhana.
  7. SIM A/B menjadi nilai tambah.
  8. Bersedia mobile dan melakukan perjalanan apabila diperlukan.
