Detail Pekerjaan :

  • Memastikan penerapan K3 pada bagiannya dengan memberikan brieifing tentang prinsip-prinsip K3 kepada rekan kerja dan menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan di bagiannya
  • Mengkoordinasikan kesiapan alat mekanis dengan vendor sesuai dengan rencana kerja / permintaan agar pelaksanaan aktivitas di CY berjalan lancar
  • Mengatur alokasi penempatan container berdasarkan data sortir bongkaran kapal, surat jalan yang telah dilampiri EIR dari customer agar sesuai dengan lay out yang telah ditetapkan
  • Memutuskan perubahan alokasi penempatan container yg tdk sesuai dg lay out krn jumlah container yg melebihi areal penepatan dengan mengkoordinasikan antar CY dan memberikan instruksi verbal kepada kerani lapangan agar memperlancarkan proses bongkar muat
  • Mengatur penempatan kerani pada setiap alat mekanis dengan menunjuk kerani/tally lapangan pada shift tersebut agar dapat memonitor pergerakkan alat berat pada saat lift on / lift off dan shifting container
  • Memastikan pelaksanaan Inspeksi Container dalam hal penyerahan Empty Available Container kepada Customer dengan menginstruksikan Kerani lapangan untuk memprioritaskan pengambilan container secara fifo (first in - first off)
  • Mengawasi Kerani lapangan dengan melakukan inspeksi dan berkoordinasi dengan menggunakan alat komunikasi untuk mengetahui proses aktivitas CY agar proses aktivitas CY terpantau dengan baik

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 semua jurusan
  • Berpengalaman sebagai Foreman CY minimal 1 tahun
  • Memahami konsep dan implementasi manajemen mutu dan K3
  • Memahami konsep dasar dan alur kegiatan proses B/M
  • Memahami jenis, penggunaan dan pemeliharaan peralatan P/P
  • Mengetahui karakteristik dan jenis pelabuhan
  • Memahami jenis, kegunaan, pergerakan dan penangan petikemas
  • Mengetahui sistem kerja IMS
  • Mengetahui alur kegiatan bisnis SOC & Transhipment
  • Memahami dokumen-dokumen yang berlaku di kegiatan P/P
  • Memahami konsep dasar dan penanganan muatan berbahaya (DG)
  • Mengetahui penanganan petikemas jenis reefer
  • Mengetahui target-target operasional P/P & pelaporannya
  • Mengetahui konsep dasar teknik pengawasan proses kerja
