Gambaran Posisi

Operator E-RTG bertanggung jawab atas pengoperasian alat berat Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) secara aman dan efektif sesuai dengan prosedur operasional dan peraturan keselamatan kerja. Posisi ini juga mencakup pelaksanaan pemeliharaan harian serta inspeksi untuk memastikan peralatan berfungsi optimal dengan tetap mematuhi protokol keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3).

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Pengoperasian RTG

  • Mengoperasikan E-RTG berdasarkan teknik dan prosedur yang tepat untuk memastikan efisiensi dan keselamatan.
  • Melaksanakan kegiatan bongkar muat sesuai dengan instruksi dari sistem perencanaan lapangan atau pusat kendali.
  • Menjaga koordinasi dengan supervisor lapangan dan operator crane lainnya agar operasional berjalan lancar dan berkesinambungan.

Keselamatan & Pemeliharaan Alat

  • Mematuhi semua peraturan keselamatan kerja serta menerapkan praktik kerja yang aman selama pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan.
  • Melakukan inspeksi awal, saat operasional, dan saat penutupan (shutdown) berdasarkan daftar periksa pemeliharaan standar.
  • Melaporkan segera setiap kelainan, potensi kerusakan, atau masalah keselamatan kepada tim pemeliharaan atau atasan.

Pemeliharaan Harian

  • Melakukan pemeliharaan preventif harian sebelum, saat, dan sesudah mesin dihidupkan sesuai dengan panduan peralatan.
  • Memastikan semua pengecekan operasional dicatat dan kegiatan pemeliharaan dilakukan sesuai prosedur yang berlaku.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal lulusan SMA atau SMK sederajat.
  • Memiliki Surat Izin Operator (SIO) yang masih berlaku untuk Electric Rubber Tyred Gantry (E-RTG).
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam mengoperasikan E-RTG di pelabuhan atau terminal.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Surabaya.
