  1. Memahami persyaratan kerja operator Ship Crane/Pedestal Crane
  2. Memahami general arrangement Ship Crane/Pedestal Crane, nama komponen, serta fungsinya.
  3. Memahami fungsi dashboard dan panel operator, termasuk lampu peringatan & indikator.
  4. Melakukan penanganan dan penempatan kontainer pada chassis maupun di palka kapal, serta mengikuti pola bongkar muat.
  5. Melaksanakan perawatan harian dan menjaga kebersihan peralatan.
  6. Mematuhi implementasi K3 dengan mengikuti seluruh prosedur dan instruksi yang diberikan atasan.
  7. Menjaga keselamatan diri, rekan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja dengan menggunakan APD serta memperhatikan prosedur keselamatan organisasi.
  8. Melaporkan setiap kejadian yang berpotensi menimbulkan kondisi berbahaya bagi diri sendiri, rekan kerja, maupun lingkungan.
