Position Overview:

Posisi ini akan fokus pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan maintenance, repair, dan troubleshooting pada sistem: - Genset/Powerpack - Sistem kelistrikan - Utility pendukung

Responsibilities:

a. Preventive Maintenance (PM Execution) Melaksanakan pekerjaan PM sesuai jadwal: o Oil change o Filter replacement (fuel, oil, air) o Battery check o Cooling system inspection Melakukan inspeksi: o Vibrasi o Temperatur o Noise abnormal

b. Corrective Maintenance / Repair Melakukan perbaikan: o Engine (diesel genset) o Alternator o Electrical panel Mengganti komponen: o Injector o Sensor o Relay / contactor

c. Troubleshooting Mengidentifikasi masalah: o Genset tidak start o Overheating o Low power output o Trip / shutdown Menggunakan: o Multimeter o Basic diagnostic tools Melaporkan hasil analisa ke Superintendent

d. Documentation Mengisi: o Work order o Checklist PM o Laporan kerusakan Memberikan feedback kondisi equipment

Requirements:

  • Minimum pendidikan D3 Teknik Mesin/Elektro
  • Minimum pengalaman 2–5 tahun sebagai teknisi genset/utility
  • Memiliki technical competency yang matang terkait mekanikal: Diesel engine system (Fuel system, Cooling system, Lubrication system)
  • Memiliki technical competency yang matang terkait basic electrical: Voltage/current measurement, Wiring system, Panel control
  • Berpengalaman di Troubleshooting (Analisa masalah, mampu membaca gejala dan penyebab)
  • Berpengalaman di Tools Handling (Multimeter, Hand tools, Basic diagnostic tools)
  • Diutamakan yang memiliki sertfikasi seperti: Basic Electrical Certification, Genset Training (OEM jika ada), Safety training (HSE/LOTO)
  • Penempatan Surabaya
