Derzeit suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Standort Esch einen Mitarbeiter Verrechnung After Sales in Vollzeit.Ihre Aufgaben• Prüfung und Monitoring der Werkstattaufträge sowie anschließende Rechnungserstellung• Unterstützung des Mahnwesens sowie Gutschriftenerstellung• Prüfung, Abwicklung und Nachbearbeitung von Garantieverrechnungen• Abwicklung des Kassiervorgangs auf Basis der erstellten Servicerechnungen• Ordnungsgemäße Kassenführung • Abwicklung der Abrechnungen von VersicherungsfällenIhr Profil• Ausbildung im technischen Bereich, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche sowie gute technische und kaufmännische Kenntnisse• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung• Sorgfalt, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein• Deutsche, französische und luxemburgisch Sprachkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung.
