Estamos em busca de um(a) Auxiliar de Limpeza Pesada experiente e proativo(a) para garantir a higienização, conservação e organização de nossas instalações industriais/comerciais. O profissional será fundamental para a manutenção dos padrões de segurança, higiene e eficiência operacional, atuando em áreas de alta circulação, áreas de depósito e de difícil acesso.

Principais Responsabilidades (Atividades)

  • Limpeza Técnica e Industrial: Realizar limpeza pesada de pisos (lavagem com máquinas/produtos químicos), Paredes, fossos, estruturas altas e áreas de difícil acesso.
  • Gestão de Resíduos: Coletar, segregar e realizar o descarte correto de resíduos sólidos e industriais, garantindo a organização do DML (Depósito de Material de Limpeza).
  • Uso de Equipamentos: Operar enceradeiras industriais, lavadoras de alta pressão e aspiradores de pó/líquidos.
  • Segurança (EPIs): Zelar pelo uso correto de uniformes e EPIs (Equipamentos de Proteção Individual), seguindo rigorosamente as normas de segurança do trabalho.
  • Manutenção de Ambientes: Limpeza de banheiros, vestiários, áreas comuns e refeitórios com alto padrão de desinfecção

Requisitos

  • Conhecimento no manuseio de produtos químicos de limpeza industrial (diluição e aplicação).
  • Capacidade física para trabalho manual intenso.
  • Resiliência e atenção aos detalhes (limpeza minuciosa).
