メルカリのHRBPは「人と組織へ入り込み、ビジネスの成功に向けてあらゆる人事・組織戦略を立案し、実行する」チームです。

メルカリグループの多様でダイナミックな挑戦を成功させるため、人材および組織課題を積極的に特定·解決し、リーダー・メンバーと密接に連携しながら事業成長にコミットしています。

＜HRBPのミッション＞

メルカリグループは現在、次なる成長ステージへ向かうためのターニングポイントを迎えており、事業・組織においても変革が求められています。本ポジションのHRBPは、特定の事業を担当し、事業サイドの経営・マネジメントメンバーと戦略を共に描き、人事施策を通じて事業を成功に導くことをゴールとします。

HRBPとして以下のようなアプローチを大切にしています

  • 徹底的に現場・組織・人の課題に入り込み、本質的なテーマを特定する
  • 経営および各レイヤーのリーダー（経営陣/ マネージャー）を巻き込みながら戦略的な施策を策定・実行し、会社の変革をドライブする
  • 最後までオーナーシップと当事者意識を持ち、施策の "last one mile" を達成させる

業務内容

  • ミッション・バリューなど、カルチャー浸透施策
  • 担当組織の人員計画策定と実現に向けた採用チームとの協業
  • 組織・チーム・従業員のエンゲージメント向上
  • 従業員のキャリア・育成・タレントマネジメント
  • 従業員の労務管理及び労務対応
  • 人事・評価・報酬制度運用
  • 組織運営に関わる各種オペレーション構築と対応
  • その他、人事企画や制度設計におけるCenter of Excellence（人事スペシャリストチーム）との連携
  • 各種取り組み例：
  • Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Manager育成施策
  • 新入社員オンボーディングの企画・運用
  • Talent Review、サクセッションプランニングインターナルコミュニケーション強化 など

メルカリにおいてHRに求められる業務領域は幅広く、かつ取り組むべき課題も数多くあります。事業や組織のあるべき姿をマネジメントレイヤーとともに描き、状況に応じて都度選択と集中をしていくという非常に難易度が高いことが求められます。その分、事業と組織の成長を直近で感じることができるエキサイティングなポジションです。

  • 今抱えているさまざまな事業・組織課題をHRとして自ら強い主体性とオーナーシップを持ち、大きな責任と自由を与えられ、自身の限界を超えたチャレンジが可能です。特に、事業との密なパートナーシップのもと、事業成長と組織開発を同時に経験できます。
  • HRBPの役割は、マネジメントレイヤー（経営 / VP / Manager）のパートナーとして、組織の重要な意思決定に寄り添うだけでなく、それをドライブすることです。人事のプロとしての意識を高く持つことで、組織のフロントラインで活躍することができます。大きな責任を抱える役割ですが、組織に良い影響を与えることができる、社内でも珍しいポジションです。

応募要件

  • 求める経験・スキル
  • メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
  • 人事経験2年以上、及び事業サイドやスタートアップにおける幅広い業務経験
  • 複雑な組織課題に臨機応変に対応できる柔軟性・スピードのある方
  • エグゼクティブレイヤーからメンバーレイヤーまで、幅広いステークホルダーと効果的な対話ができる高いコミュニケーション能力
  • 人事施策の企画立案及びプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
  • 歓迎する経験・スキル
  • HRBPとしての勤務経験（ベンチャー企業、インターネットサービス企業の成長ステージでの経験は特に歓迎）
  • 人事・労務業務に関する経験3年以上
  • AIを活用し定量的なHRデータ分析をリードする力
  • プロセス作り、仕組み化、効率化が促進できる方
  • ビジネスサイドのエグゼクティブクラス以上との折衝・調整経験
  • 部下を持つ管理職としての経験
  • 日本国内にある複数拠点へフットワーク軽く短期出張が可能な方
  • 語学力
  • 日本語：Independent (CEFR - B2) 以上必須
  • 英語：Independent (CEFR - B1) 以上必須
