Ihre Aufgaben -------------

  • Fachliche Gesamtleitung des Ressorts Werkstatt
  • Gewährleistung einwandfreier Reparatur\- und Serviceleistungen
  • Koordination der fachspezifischen Belange zwischen Serviceberatern und der Werkstatt
  • Sicherstellung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Zielerreichung gemäss Budgetvorgang
  • Zeitgerechte Abwicklung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Fachliche Ausbildung und Führung von Lernenden

Ihr Profil ----------

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, z. B. als Automobil\-Mechatroniker/in EFZ oder vergleichbar
  • Weiterbildung im technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich, z. B. Werkstattleiter/in, Betriebsleiter/in im Automobilgewerbe oder Automobil\-Diagnostiker/in eidg. Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position mit entsprechender Führungserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsstärke und ausgesprochene Kundenorientierung
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kennzahlen und Budgetvorgaben
