Mercedes - Benz of Alexandria is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internet Sales Associate to join our team in Alexandria, VA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential customers engaging with our brand online, providing exceptional service and guiding them through the purchasing process of new Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Your ability to communicate effectively and respond promptly will be essential in delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to internet sales inquiries from prospective customers.
  • Engage customers through various online platforms and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Provide detailed product information on new Mercedes-Benz vehicles to potential buyers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule test drives and dealership visits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and finance teams to support the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, new vehicle features, and dealership policies.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional attitude.
  • Experience with CRM software and internet-based sales tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge or passion for automotive industry and Mercedes-Benz brand is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Must be located in or willing to commute to Alexandria, VA.
