Mercer University is searching for a Director of Graduate Admissions for the College of Professional Advancement on the Atlanta, Georgia campus.
Responsibilities:
The Director of Graduate Admissions is responsible for all phases of the recruitment and admissions process for graduate programs offered by the College of Professional Advancement. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising the graduate admissions team, which may include an Admissions Counselor, an Enrollment Associate, and student workers; travel for recruitment; inquiry development; application completion and review; student interviewing; professional presentations; and correspondence. Working with a high degree of independence, the incumbent reports regularly to the AVP of Enrollment Management and works cooperatively with the Dean, all Academic Program Directors, and staff members engaged in marketing and communication, data operations, admissions, alumni and development, and career services. The incumbent will supervise the development of partnership agreements for all graduate programs, including Counseling, Leadership Studies, and Technology programs.

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and three years of relevant experience, which must include experience in higher education, are required.
