Support brand and launch planning

Contribute customer, market and competitive insights to brand plans, launch readiness, business reviews and performance discussions.

Bring customer insights into action

Gather feedback from healthcare professionals and the field team, analyze relevant market and performance data, and synthesize practical insights that support stronger marketing decisions.

Deliver customer engagement activities

Coordinate local congresses, speaker programs, symposia, advisory activities and other educational or promotional initiatives in line with approved strategy and applicable requirements.

Develop effective marketing materials

Support the creation, approval, distribution and inventory management of customer-facing and field-force materials, ensuring clear purpose, quality and timely availability.

Partner with Sales to communicate campaign objectives, provide product and material training, gather execution feedback and improve the effectiveness of customer engagement.

Collaborate across functions

Work closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access & External Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Procurement and external partners to deliver aligned and timely execution.

Manage projects with discipline

Maintain timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, approval milestones, risks, actions and performance tracking for assigned initiatives.

Measure and improve impact

Define appropriate execution and engagement KPIs, monitor results, capture learnings and recommend adjustments to improve future activities.

Champion integrity and compliance

Conduct all activities in accordance with local regulations, industry standards and company policies, and raise questions or risks promptly when guidance is needed.
